Our Process

Data Security

Eco Recycling  takes the matter of your data extremely seriously. Once we have itemized your devices and send you reporting and once you confirm your decision, we will begin the process of eliminating all data from your device

​Shipping

 We will provide you with a free shipping label to send your devices in for evaluation. Once we receive the package we will begin our sorting and processing processes. 

Evaluation

​Failed or Non-working devices or devices not on our price list will be recycled or destroyed by our green recycling partner.  Good devices will be sorted by cosmetic condition as well as by functionalality testing. 

Payment

​Once testing and sorting is complete (within 15 business days), we will provide you a payout report. 

PAYOUTS
Sell Your Unused Devices

​Final value is determined by the device condition

Clean (minimal wear) devices that pass our functionality check will receive full value

Devices that pass functionality check but show signs of wear such as screen scratches, scuffs, drop marks will have reduced pricing.

Devices that fail functionality testing and or has significant cosmetic damage such as cracks, bad LCD, water damage will receive damaged condition pricing.

Devices that do not power up, have activation locks enabled or have bad ESN/IMEI will receive $0 because we cannot diagnose these devices.

We will contact you with our findings once the testing is complete.
